The Westin Playa Bonita Panama has implemented a best-in-class cleaning and verification program certified by a third party to ensure their resorts exceed health and safety standards.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations will be assessed a $300 administrative fee. No cancellations will be refunded after July 15, 2024. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to nals@vimmglobal.biz.
What if I cannot attend all 4 days?
Packages are based on 4 night minimum occupancy. No prorated package prices are available.
If I am a speaker at the conference do I receive a discounted price?
The land package prices are not subject to discount. Speakers do receive a discount on the CLE fee for the summit. The CLE information will be posted on the main summit website www.northamericanlawsummit.com.
Is there a fee for booking airfare?
Yes, there is a fee per person.
What is the difference between single occupancy and double occupancy?
Double Occupancy is defined as 2 people in a room. Single Occupancy is defined as 1 person in a room.
Can I book my own travel and attend the conference?
You will need to pay an additional $750 to participate in conference activities as well as the conference registration.
